Drainage Project Damages

We have received several emails regarding property damage that occurred during the construction.  We requested contact information for reporting these issues, and the contractors have provided dedicated email addresses for residents who need property repairs.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind before reaching out:

• Individual Property Damage: If your property has sustained damage, please report it directly using the contact emails below. If your property has not been damaged, please do not contact them.
• Common Area Damage: Any damage to public property, such as signage or sidewalk ramps, does not need to be reported by individual residents. The Board will handle reporting those issues.
• Repair Timeline: Please be aware that all repairs will be completed after the construction is fully finished, unless the issue involves urgent water or electrical damage.
