New Trash Billing 1/1/2026

Due to a large number of unpaid trash assessments to the HOA, the board has decided to transfer billing responsibilities to Best Trash. Beginning January 1, 2026, Best Trash will directly bill each homeowner and manage payment processing. As a result of direct billing, you will notice an INCREASE of approximately $31.00 per quarter (Approximately $124.00/Year).
